There are many options: Safe Options: FD, NSC, EPF/PPF, NPS Index Mutual Funds Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGB) etc Options with risk: Other Mutual Funds Stocks (Indian or Global) etc. If you're more specific about what kind of investment options you are looking for, I can suggest better.

RBI has projected about 5.4% inflation rate in 2023. I don't think that it might be true but only time will tell.
