What is the best credit card with high cashback on swipe available with no cap?

I know below credit cards give certain percentage but I am not sure if it gives cashback for swiping any merchant. And do let me know below three are convenient to redeem cashback/points

1. ICICI Emerald - 3%
2. Standard Chartered Ultimate - 3.3%
3. Infinia - 3.3%
