Should I buy health insurance from online third party services like ditto/policybazar or directly from the brand ?

I would prefer from a third party service as we can contact them directly instead of searching for the brand representative and they TPA will help us in assisting. I bought my policy from ditto and they were very helpful in suggesting things.

I recommend you should buy directly from a advisor or from ditto.
As In case of any default or during clams there should be someone to help if needed.

This is from my personal experience. And choose the advisor carefully as many advisors focus on selling policy and not on after sale service.

You can go for Star heal or icici Lombard. And think before opting Go-digit as a option as there claim settlement is very bad in health sector.

Check the policies of both the insurance companies' websites and third parties and also read the terms and conditions so that you can avoid any hidden charges.
