LIC Tech Term and LUC Jeevan Amar both are Pure Term Plans offered by LIC. There are few differences you should know
1) Tech Term is an Online Plan. Jeevan Amar is an Offline Plan
2) LIC Tech Term is slightly cheaper (15-20%) than Jeevan Amar for the same Insured Amount.

I would highly recommend going with HDFC Life, Bajaj Allianz, TATA AIA or Max Life Insurance.
