Which taxation work for my income vs my company income?

Hello,
I was working as a freelancer and have international income source coming to my personal account. I recently registered as a Pvt Ltd firm and the director of the company.
Should I start accepting payment to my company's current account, Do I need pay GST for international income. Do I need to file ITR-3 on the income which is received in my personal account.
So my question is what account should I use to accept the payment. Which is better financial decision.
