Which zero forex markup fee LTF credit card is best Scapia or Niyo to use in Thailand and Bali?

I'm planning to travel to Thailand and Bali, just curious which LTF credit card with zero forex markup fee will be best to use and have high acceptance.
Niyo (with DCB or SBM bank) which is better or Scapia is better?

Go with DCB its more smooth. I have used SBM and not so happy with it and have closed the SBM. Scapia is on hold now. Currently not being issued.
