1. What was the exact time when the website was down?
2. What was the duration of time the website was down? Like 5-10 minutes or more
3. Did you try to open the website on any other device?

This issue occurs when I don't have a proper network connection. While YouTube videos continue to play, websites fail to load, which is a common problem with many online forums. Once I switched from Wi-Fi to mobile data, the site started working, and I realized it was a network issue, not a site problem.
