Why servers of Bekifaayati are down usually?

i have noticed it multiple times , this site doesn't open often , please look at this issue

It may slow down during update process, virus scanning etc, but i never experienced this...

Actually it depends on what time you are visiting bekifaayati website.
If multiple users are there, then chances of slow loading are there as server is handling some load.
Honestly I haven't experienced it at all.
