Through this post, we’ll look at 2 methods (Offline and Online) to track your Credit Card application from Yes Bank.
Online Method
For this you’ll need to visit the track credit card page on the Home Page. The link for the same is: ***********.yesbank.in/credit-card-application-status
Once you visit this page, you’ll notice the below screen
You’ll need to input your Registered Mobile Number and either Application Form Number or Application Reference Number. Please note that you’ll get a Reference Number in the SMS from Yes Bank after applying for the Card. It’ll be something like this
If you enter the incorrect Reference Number or Form Number, you’ll immediately receive a pop-up saying “No Application Found”.
After entering the correct details, you will have to verify and click on the Submit Button.
As soon as you click on the submit button, the latest Status of your application (In Progress, Rejected, In transit, etc) will pop up. Please note that it may take up to 15 days from the date of application for final processing.
In case this doesn’t work out, you can try the Offline Methods.
You can get in touch with Yes Bank’s Customer Care @ 18001031212 (toll-free number)/ +91 22 49350000. The 1st number is a Toll- Free number, but both the numbers are available 24x7. Please note that you’ll need details of your Application Reference Number or Application Form Number for this method to work.
Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Branch and get in touch with the authorized person. You’ll need to carry your ID and Address Proof at the Branch. Additionally, you should also know either your Application Reference Number or Application Form Number. There is a very high possibility that even the folks at Branch will use the Online Method suggested above to track your application
