A Yes Bank credit card employee told me that the credit card was lifetime free, so I applied for it. However, after doing some research, I discovered that the card actually has a joining fee of ₹499 and an annual fee of ₹499. I contacted customer care, and they generated a request to make the card lifetime free, assuring me that I would receive a resolution within 7 days. It's been more than 7 days, and I still haven't received any feedback.
Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, could you please guide me on what to do? Does Yes Bank really make this card lifetime free?
