I dont think that will be too much ..unless you have big outstnading, but you can always check with lender

Yes there is trick to waived of pre closure charges.

Trick : if you have a loan of rs 100000 and tenure is 12 month so you can pay a amount of 11 premium and keep one premium left. So your loan is not closed and it will automatically closed next month after paid last emi. you can save your pre foreclosure fee of your loan
