Visit the CIBIL website's "Dispute Resolution" section: Initiate a dispute for the inquiry, providing details and any proof.

Raise a dispute on cibil website.

Just cross check once if you have opened any account in lazypay or any third party app for paylater account.
This type of accounts also creates an entry of unsecured loan in your cibil.

Both solutions offered by people are correct check both of them..... asap..

Cross check if you have opted for pay later option like on amazon, cred etc. That might cause additional entry in cibil.

Check your CIBIL report for errors. If the loan isn’t yours, file a dispute with CIBIL and provide supporting details. If it's fraud, file a police report and submit it to CIBIL.
