Yes, they offer 5% cashback on all debit card spends only excluding ATM withdrawal or other transfers. But, the important thing is that they have a limit of only Rs 500 cashback per month. You can't earn more than that

You will get cashback of this month on next month after 15th very good account opt it till now I got around 1000-1200 cashback in 3 months

Yes, you can...
RBI is allowed to open bank account in Kotak Bank only offline mode by visiting branch. After opening your kotak 811 account you can upgrade it to kotak 811 super account.
There is catch, that you need to fund your account with minimum 1000rs initially while opening your account. It's mandatory. You can negotiate with them maybe your luck will be work...

I already have a Kotak Everyday Savings account, so I'm unable to open a Kotak 811 Super account. Will closing the Everyday Savings account help me get a Kotak 811 Super account?

Try to use another mobile number, may be it will work.

No. It doesn't give you cashback on Bill Payment and mobile recharge but you can do one thing.
Visit kotak GYFTR website and purchase amazon gift voucher.
Then do the payment of bill and mobile recharge directly from Amazon pay.
You will get 5% cashback along with the tiny cashback offered by Amazon pay.
Does purchasing Gift card give 5% cashback, i thought gift cards were excluded.

The best thing about Kotak811 is that you can check the cashback given or not directly via their application.
