I usually use credit card for online spend
So can you suggest me credit card which really give maximum cashback or benefits
I spent money on online shopping on all apps , mobile recharges & some others online payments

Few entry level cards like sbi cashback credit card gives 5% on almost all online transactions.

Then there's icici amazon pay credit card for amazon (5%).

Axis bank Flipkart credit card for Flipkart (5%) and myntra(7.5%)

Then cards for UPI like yes bank kiwi credit card... Apply thru kiwi app
It gives upto 5% cashback on UPI but needs a neon subscription and cashback is milestone based.
