Axis Altas not supported on GIFT EDGE Platform (GYFTR)?

I tried using my new Axis Atlas credit card on the GIFT EDGE Platform (GYFTR), to purchase vouchers. But on the payments while entering the card number it shows
"This card can't be accepted". Their terms and condition page has no mention of the same.

I tried reaching their support they simply replied card starting from 4100 is not supported by GIFT EDGE use a different card.

The final reply from support was "Bonus Reward Offer not valid for any Axis Bank Credit or Debit Card where customer is earning rewards in Edge Miles."
