I did a payment of Rs 9660 at Apollo pharmacy and instead of charging my card, my 9660 Edge Reward Miles were redeemed. I had an argument with Pharmacy guy. But he says, they don't have option to select points or card. Their POS machine is connected to their system and they cant access their machine directly. They can't reverse my transaction. I had been accumulating these points since few months, to redeem as air miles. It would have amounted to Rs. 19,320 as air miles. Who is at fault? Apollo or Axis Bank? I contacted Axis support they cant reverse and asked me to check with Apollo. Can I get my points back and charge my card? Please suggest.

You can contact Apollo Pharmacy customer support to request a reversal or compensation, escalate the issue with Axis Bank, and visit the page (https://rbi.org.in/Scripts/Complaints.aspx) on the RBI website and lodge a complaint.
