That's more than Tata Neu HDFC card which offers 1 or 1.5% cashback

Sbi simply save also nice one because it’s offline is so far better
I would say that Scapia Credit Card is good as it provided 2% value back on offline transactions, even on fuel, some exceptions though but for most transactions it's nice. Yes, it does not give cash back but the Scapia coins can be used for flight bookings(I use it personally whenever I have coins). It is automatically applied during booking and it also keeps giving members only offer to earn more coins. Best part is we can redeem all the coins in a single transaction and in return 4% value back as well and for spends more than 5k in a month, unlimited lounge as well. It's a win win for flight users.

For offline spends like Grocery, medicines : SBI SimplySave or HSBC Cashback Credit Card (I personally prefer HSBC Card)
For fuel : any Cobranded Credit card or even Standard Chartered Super Value Titanium Credit Card (5% cashback on fuel spends)

I have been seeing these offer from last 8 months
Sometimes its 20% sometimes its 10%
Most don't know how to use these offers so these offers still exist not devalued yet.
May be you already are doing it, BUT, if you spend so much on medicines in offline market then try to find a retailer who can provide you around 20% discount on MRP for most of the medicines.
And some medicines, it could be less or more than 20% depending on their margin.
PS - I know so because I have to purchase a lot of medicines for consumption in my family.
For payment purpose....
1. if they take credit card then axis ace is a good choice. It gives cashback as direct statement credit. Few other benefits on online utility payments too through gpay.
2. If they take UPI on rupay then tata neu through tata pay UPI (yes it gives tata neu coins but it's a good value back)
3. Try to use HDFC bill pay to get 1% cashback on credit card bill payment upto 750/- pm I.e. upto bill payments of 75k pm. (You need to have HDFC platinum debit card, it does not take payment for HDFC credit cards)
