Best Fuel discount is with which card?

What is the best possible way to get maximum discount on fuel?
I was using my OneCard on ParkPlus app to get 10% discount earlier. I used to plan out my refuelling in a way that I used to get maximum discount each time (3 OneCard members in the family).
With the new financial year starting, OneCard/ParkPlus has stopped this offer altogether.
Please guide.

Actually best card is DCB / INFINIA.via hp pay vouchers ( when available) . but they are premium cards.. most other cards max out at 5-6% max direct option.. voucher options are non standard and keep chg.. SBI BPCL OCTANE check kar sakte ho..7.5% tak mil. sakta hai..but it is a paid card..
