Is it so? I have never seen such offers in BMS. I might have missed though.
In that case, I can switch my Millenia card from Diners to VISA variant and avail these offers.

No, you haven't. I have tried a lot of times to avail the Visa Infinite offer, exactly when the slot opens and failed every time. I also mailed my concern to BMS and not response yet.
