This is quite less to go on. Can you please tell us a little more about how your credit report looks? Do you have any loans or cards? What is the starting date of your oldest loan/card. Have you ever defaulted on any payment? What is your credit card utilisation like?

I use moneyview's free credit tracker tool. It has all these things in it, if you can't find them wherever you're checking your score.

Hi shahwat
I have two credit card.one is 10 months old all the payment on time one I got it recently.
I have nine credit inquiries in the past three months.
I have one loan against FD.(BUT the balance is 0 as I have already paid it)
I have one Bajaj emi loan .

All the payments on time .I just kept taking loan because I wanted to increase cibil .I don't have any money related issue for now.

You have nine credit inquiries in the last 3 months.
You should be glad that your credit score is not decreasing.

Tip:
I would suggest stop applying for new loans for 1-2 months. Your score will automatically increase.

Try to reduce your cibil enquiries and with time as your credit history gets older your cibil will increase with it

By My Personal Experience i'd Suggest a FD CC as of your Requirements. I had 0 cibil and No Credit History and To Start Off i Opted for Paisabazaar Step UP FD CC as it was the Cheapest Option available Back then. Within a Month, My Cibil and Experian Score Generated and That too, A Very Impressive Figure. 782 and 781

Edit:- Forgot to Mention that the reason for Me to Suggest FD CC to You is that it'll be Better then Taking Loans to Improve your Score.

Any credit card would increase CIBIL Score. Loans aren't good for it.
