1 kotak credit card limit 32k
1 RBL credit limit 25k

Can I get rupay credit card without income and without background verification

Yes, you can. As most banks do not do office verification.
In which bank do you have PL?
You can try for kotak league rupay card or ask them to issue your current card in rupay variant. also, you can try for Kotak myntra card or tata neu as co-branded cards easy to get.

How exactly did you manage credit cards and PL with no income? If it is a new situation ( due to a layoff or something) then the last thing on your mind should be another CC!

If it is the way of life ( retired or have enough funds to survive) then do what you.did to get the CC and Loan in the first place for this card also.

so the bank u have a cc with will have a rupay option linked to main card

thats the best way.. no verification of any kind

Ohho that zen they are not giving in rupay.
Ask them if they can give you rupay league as that card is LTF for everyone.
