I applied for a YES Bank Elite Plus Credit Card through my laptop and received the video KYC link. I tried three times, but the agents said my details were not visible properly on the desktop and suggested using a mobile device.
However, I don’t have a separate video link for mobile. When I try the same link from my laptop on my mobile, it shows “Session Expired”, and I’m unable to complete the video KYC.
I contacted customer care, but they said they cannot resend the link, and I haven’t received any email or SMS with a new link.
Has anyone faced this issue? What should I do to successfully complete the video KYC process?
