Fi sent me a mail regarding revised charges.
So i want to close fi close fi account .

I want a account that is 0 balance account without any hidden charges
I have kotak but I need alternate

u can go with Bandhan bank account with zero balance maintence charges and great interest rate , one of my opened it , he get good interest even account balance of 100.

RBI closed the complaint saying case not maintainable lol

1st u complain to bank, if not resolved then to Grievance team, if not then nodal officer, if not then at last RBI ombudsman. Complaint should be reasonable like charges cut without given sufficient notice. They have right to charge you and you have right to close account. U can't dictate how they do business. If u don't like something, just stop doing business with them.
