So again they have introduced new fees structure.

If you want to close the account then you have to give them 299+ gst along with short fall in MAB of 5k for regular savings account.

Also they have introduced charges on virtual debit card.

So if anyone have closed the account or did complaint regarding this please share your experience.

They have directly trapped us saying free 0 balance account and free debit card.

I believe you can just withdraw all the money and leave it as dormant. But I am not sure about it so please verify.
Also do you know what's the amb requirement for standard plan? Earlier this was the zero balance one

When They First added rule of 5 k MAB ..I withdraw all my money and rewards ...after that ir removed the app ..all upi links ...and after 2 years it get dormant and now it is auto closed .I got an mail for that

Okay thanks for sharing.

Today morning I have placed ac closure request after withdrawing all my funds and it didn't asked for any money and showed it will be processed within 21 days.

If then they ask for closure charges I'll not pay that and delete the app. I have already de-linked all upi and card from all the apps.
