Finally after a month my indus Advantage Savings Account was opened

Ultimately my account was opened, before that my application was rejected but later when the complaint went to the principal nodal officer and the officials of the banking ombudsman took the matter to Indusind Bank. After that the bank immediately came into action and got this account opened by its team.


This problem occurred during account opening because KYC was not done in my previous savings account. The bank rejected it for this reason, but I had got it updated at the KYC branch a few days ago.
