I want to bring to your attention the appalling customer service and fraudulent practices I’ve encountered with Amazon and Malabar. I purchased earrings from Amazon, and the seller of the product is Malabar (Order #408-0101722-XXXXX). Upon receiving the product, I noticed a discrepancy between the weight mentioned on the website, the bill, and the actual product.
I immediately contacted Amazon, who informed me that the product details were shared by Malabar and advised me to reach out to them through the buyer/seller message platform. Despite sending multiple messages, I received no response. After persistent efforts, I obtained Malabar's contact number from the bill and called them. They acknowledged the discrepancy and assured me of a partial refund on November 14. However, to date, I am being made to go back and forth between Amazon and Malabar, with no resolution and a complete lack of accountability from both parties.
This is a clear violation of consumer rights, and I need help in filing a case in the Consumer Court
