HDFC millennia card to Regalia LTF credit upgrade

Today I got an email related to Regalia LTF.
I have attached the screenshot.
Have below question any one help.
1. If i upgrade then will they close my millennia credit card or do i need to maintain both?
2. If they close my millennia credit card what will happen to my reward points?
3. Is it worth upgrade?

I have below cards
1. Hdfc millennia
2. Axis my zone
3. Airtel axis
4. Icici platinum

Swiggy LTF has to be checked on Swiggy App.

SBI cashback is better but it is not Offred as LTF has a fee of 1179/-
If you are planning for SBI Cashback then befikar you can upgrade to Regalia

Zero renewal fee mean it has no annual fee, but to confuse us they mentioned FYF
