HDFC SWIGGY CREDIT CARD LTF ISSUE

hi all

i applied for swiggy hdfc credit card on17th dec and received the same on 19th dec as per the hdfc offer ita should be LTF card but it is showing that its free only for 1st year then it will be chargeable i even mail to hfdc about this issue along with the offer screenshot but no reply from their side and even customer representative is not giving any answer.

what should i do

Which mail did u email them? They usually reply within two days.

Swiggy app? Don't worry about that.

You still didn't got reply? Email to Grievance team or escalation team.

Where is it showing that it is 1st year free only. I also got the same credit card in the same offer recently. I would want to confirm this on the app if it is lifetime free.

Confirm from HDFC Cards Team through email. That is more reliable.
