Already have a tata neu plus credit card ( paid version ), and as now it is offered LTF until dec 2024, how shall I get it converted as LTF and also get an upgrade into infinity card

If you had it for more than a year, you can call HDFC customer care / relationship manager and ask for upgrade or LTF Neu plus card.
