Hello seniors so I got a min balance account

So I have a boi minimum balance account and I am not getting any massages for deduction done by bank so I had some money below minimum requirement and all of a sudden one day as I was making a payment of 1 rupees it said I don't have Balance when I checked it was -1.something
I didn't got any message for this deduction and how do I know which deduction by bank is for what reason as all of a sudden some money get debited like 238 or something so how can I know about it

Hello, you have to check the statement. You can check it online if possible otherwise you have to go to bank and print the passbook. Each debited amount will have reason written against it Like SMS charges, Min bal fines. Sometimes there are some codes for these types of transactions.
