Help Needed with HDFC SmartBuy and PayZapp Account Setup

I need clarification about using HDFC SmartBuy and PayZapp. Is it mandatory that the mobile number registered on both PayZapp/SmartBuy and the HDFC credit card be the same? If the numbers differ, can we still avail of 5X Reward Points or 5% cashback?

Additionally, I’m facing an issue completing eKYC on PayZapp. It shows "PAN is already registered," but I haven’t registered it elsewhere. Is eKYC completion necessary to qualify for SmartBuy offers?

i bought an amazon voucher for 2000 on 14th august but still didn't get 5% CB yet.

Yes, it might be mandatory that the numbers are same. It is the only way for the bank to match the identities and give you cashback. Do you have bank account with HDFC?

How did u purchase 2K Voucher from Smartbuy? The cashback is usually instant as soon as the transaction is settled.

No. Cashback gets credited in the Credit Card statement. There is option to raise queries in Payzapp also, try that
i raised a query. they said you this is because you have changed your mobile number. however i have not. can we complaint to RBI ombudsman regarding this KYC issue?
