Hello Guys,
I just wanted to know whether PMAY-URBAN scheme is still available, as it was extended till 31st Dec 2024.
How to avail and any relevant information is welcome.

I think that it is only extended to the people who applied. it is not available for new applicants. Can anyone confirm?

The PMAY-Urban scheme has been extended till December 31, 2024, for completion of houses sanctioned up to March 31, 2022. However, during the extended period, no additional houses will be sanctioned under the scheme.
