How to Access Flying Returns Account provided by SBI

Recently got SBI Air India Signature Card. It came with FFP number embossed on it. But did not receive any link to reset and access the account. SBI tells to contact Air India, Air India tels to contact SBI.

Can any card user advise me to get it resolved please
