Yes, you have to create an login in CDSL it's called easi login then registered with your pan details..
Yes you can generate a whole report from CDSL it will include all your holdings it will also include your golding from NSDL if you have any . And the presentation of CDSL report is better than any other broker combine in my opinion . (Though I have just seen reports of ZERODHA and Groww ) So maybe another can have better.

Actually I also use Zerodha to invest but can I check NAV of mutual funds in real time

Hey, so every mutual fund house will show the NAV at the end of the day every day..

But it won't be in real-time, right? Like I invested in a mutual fund today seeing that the NAV is down. But it is bought on the higher NAV
