Hsbc bank branch refused to open bsbd account.

Today I wasted 2:30 hrs in hsbc branch barakhamba road to open a BSBD ACCOUNT.... THey REFUSED AND BANK MANAGER SAID.... DO WHAT THE HELL YOU CAN BUT WILL NOT OPEN YOUR BSBD ACCOUNT IN HSBC.... PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY WANT AN ACCOUNT IN HSBC.

Try to open online, if not and manager still refuses, then complaint to RBI-O

Just write an email to Nodal Officer wait for reply and if satisfied good other wise escalate once again if still issue not resolves RBI Ombudsman is only answer.

Can you please help me with Nodal Officer mail... The one on the Google is invalid nodal.officer.india@hsbc.co.in is invalid.
