ICICI Bank closed bank account without providing any kind of information

ICICI Bank closed bank account without providing any kind of information.
I opened ICICI Zero balance account in May last year it was working fine but then this year I started receiving mail that KYC is due and account will be closed in May I visited the branch and got my KYC done again and even branch said that KYC is not not pending but still they re did the KYC and now all of a sudden account got closed.

were you using this account on a regular basis or was it dormant for a long period of time ?
