Indusind Bank Account Freeze

Hi all,

I created new account in Indusind Bank and it got freeze due to Welcome kit return. when i created the account at that time i mentioned the communication address but my welcome kit goes to my old address which is there on aadhar card and i'm not able to collect the welcome kit now my account got freeze. I visited near by branch also they heard this thing first time so they sent mail to their support team. Any idea how much time it will take or if i want to close the account and get back my money then what will be process? Even i'm not able to connect with customer care my account number show cases as invalid. Please help me if anyone has any idea. My video kyc got completed successfully.

YOU HAVE TO GO BANK AND GIVE YOUR ADHAR & PAN WITH ZEROX & SIGN ON IT AND GIVE TO BANK EMPLOY, SAME THING HAPPEND WITH ME

just close your savings account of IndusInd. it has worst service from a private sector bank. instead open your account with Kotak Mahindra Bank. as of today right now there are news that are spread in that the imposed by RBI has been removed. Cross Verify.
