Contact the Gym Understand EMI Terms and Negotiate Check Credit Card EMI and Personal Loan EMI and then Compare EMI Options then Cancel and Re-Enroll.

1)cc emi ( most banks have on their transactions) but will have Processing fee + Interest 12% upwards depending on customer
2) Ask gym to convert, most have emi options ( ideally shd be taken while swiping)
3) Cancel transaction via gym and do it again
