How to escalate the previously made complaint to next level. I reported a complaint(made on 9th June 2024 ) to kotak customer support on a credit card waiver related issue. Till now there is no resolution to that, there was no proper follow up, every week I have to call and explain my issue from start to each new executive and they say the problem with solve in 3 working days and it consume till date, but nothing happend. I also tried to write to their LEVEL 1 Grievance portal, it's show error message after submit the post. Suggest me what to do next..?
