Brace yourself for a new fee – the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) fee. From February 1, 2024, a 1% fee plus taxes will be charged on all international transactions made in Indian currency at global locations or with merchants in India registered abroad. Starting April 1, 2024, the rules for complimentary airport lounge access are getting a twist. To enjoy one free lounge access in the next quarter, you'll need to spend a minimum of ₹35,000 in the previous calendar quarter. - Holders of eligible cards must present their valid, unexpired cards along with a valid air ticket or boarding pass at the lounge entrance.
- A nominal amount of ₹2 will be charged on each eligible card presented at the entrance.
