Loan on Credit Card

I have Taken a loan on Axis Ace Credit Card, Issue is in credit agencies report outstanding loan amount on this card reflected in Credit Cards Utilisation Ratio which should not be included? Anybody facing the same issue for a while.... Please suggest the solution

You should get in touch with bank to make it right. This issue should be with your bank because they are one reporting it to CIBIL website. But if they we have sent the correct details then you should raise dispute on CIBIL official website
