Maximising Rewards on Hospital Credit Card Transactions

I have a hospital Bill of 7 lakhs that I need to pay after the exhaustion of my health insurance.
I have the following cards:

• HDFC Diners Club Privilege
• Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card
• Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card
• IndusInd Tiger Credit Card
• Airtel Axis Credit Card
• OneCard
• Scapia Credit Card (new)

Can you guys please suggest a way that I make the payment using CC's and make the most out of it

Recently I have been to 2 major hospitals. Both of them accept credit cards, but transaction always declines. Even scanning the QR and pay with RUPAY CC, payment fails. And surprisingly, payment from direct bank account via UPI and debit card transactions work.
