Migrate from one demat account to another

I have my Demat account on Groww and have some holdings in it for long-term. I recently opened another account on Zerodha. I want to know how I can migrate my existing holdings into my new account.

I don't want to sell and buy to avoid taxation and trading charges.

On the CDSL & NSDL website offers this facility under the name of Speed-e-Facility. You just have to submit a form with all the relevant details. The broker will send the stocks or any other investment in the Central depository then to the newly mentioned account
