Mobile number update in SBI Card

I cannot update my mobile number in SBI CARD. I updated my email id on 28/06. It is already 1 month yet I cannot update my mobile number. They said due to internal policy I cannot update my mobile number. Can anyone say after how much time I can update my number in SBI card?

Usually, SBI Card does not allow mobile number updates within 30-45 days of the last major update (like email ID, address, etc.).
