Need info regarding property loan

Hi Team, I am taking loan of 7 lakhs from a hdfc bank through agent and he is asking for 16k fees for the property loan. It includes all the fees charges( processing and legal fees ).This amount is normal if we are taking loan through agent

No, it's not normal. Please ask the agent if this fees is his cut or is the Bank charging this fees? Because Agent will in any case make decent fees from the Bank for getting your Loan Approved

Processing & Legal Fees also depend on Your CIBIL Score and Annual Salary. If it's good enough, Bank should charge Zero Fees.

I personally know of multiple cases where HDFC Bank has charged Zero Fees.
