Mere account ko bank walo ne negative kar diya hai didi kya karu appki video dekh ke gaya aur bola ki rbi rule ke hisab se app ye nahi kar sakte vo khate hai hum ye sab nahi mante vo log paresan kar rahe hai iss ko zero kar karke -32000 hai

Bro mere saath bhi same scene hua tha and first time they are denied to close with negative balance but i told strictly to bm of branch if you don't do it I'll complain on rbi ombudsman so bm agreed to close it within 7 days and it does. If they still don't do it complain on bank grievance portal if it doesn't work than you should register a complain on rbi ombudsman after 30 days of complain now they have to do it forcefully in any how. The thing is that they are aware of everything but they make us fool.
