As per the latest reports of IRDAI, Niva Bupa has a claims settlement ratio of 90.1% - which is not so great considering there are a lot of companies out there (HDFC, Max, Tata, etc) which has a CSR of > 95%.
Even the Incurred Claims Ratio of Niva Bupa is not so great (56% as per 2022 report). Decent companies have this ratio between 75-100%

In Post#2 of thread you mentioned, ICR of Niva Bupa is 56%. The chart shows Max Bupa 99.99%. Aren't these companies the same?
Apologies there seems to be some error in the data. This is a slightly dates data. Max Bupa was renamed Niva Bupa couple of years back
Will update the lates ICRs ASAP
