Don't Panic 😌

It's Just a normal procedure from bank side if bank finds some information missing or irregularities in an account.

Honestly reply to the mail and provide your Current Employment details along with all the necessary documents simlarly like updating KYC in offline mode.

And if you don't provide necessary information, bank will automatically deactivate your account.

Hope this provide you some relief 😀

Just trying to understand the issue. What kind of unusual activity was observed?
I think he must be doing large numbers of transactions using this account, since his Employment details are missing bank find it suspicious.
My friend faced similar kind of problem when we were studying and we use to get cashback for every single UPI transaction from every UPI apps. Those golden days 🤣
