Hi there any one know how to fix payzapp wallet balance transfer into bank account or upi last year i opened bank account with hdfc bank in February month after opening account. I learned about Payzapp and after some time I realized that only those with full KYC will be able to make payments via bank transfer or UPI I had already logged in with my PAN card to do the minimum KYC. When I tried to do the full KYC, it was not happening. After that, I bought a pixel card from HDFC and the full KYC is visible.But the balance is not getting transferred even after full KYC. Can anyone tell me how to withdraw the money that has been auto loaded?

Hey can you tell me how can i do it, when i am doing it something went wrong.Yesterday My Payzapp app is getting updated. And guess what happened...
My problem is solved and got access for ZappAccount, Full KYC benefits...

It may be cause of Banking Server...
Keep trying.
When I opened the App I got option for upgrade From Payzapp Wallet to Zapp Account. For that I have entered my pan card number and Data of Birth.
