My friend name is Ram he is take loan in prefr app, He is going to settlement had a discussion with ZCM, collection agent call to another friend, Ram updated your aadhar details in prefr app and he is shared aadhar numbers also, my friend already sent mail to nodal officer but ZCM request to ram don't sent to RBI and cyber crime, how to resolve this issue he have call recording
